IRON CURTAINS ON YOU CATS...
A few months ago I was surfin' through some profiles on myspace and came across a hip hop artist named Truezt.
Enter Stage Right, Curtains Open
After being taken aback by his style, flow and lyrics I was even more shocked to find out he was Canadian...not that being Canadian is a bad thing, because obviously I'm Canadian and I’m a hip hop artist holding my own here in Toronto. What shocked me was the fact that he lives about half hour away from me, and it took myspace to find him. We dropped messages back and forth for awhile and ended up recording ''Serenity,'' a song I produced for my upcoming album ''Everything’s Eventual.'' The raw vibe he and his boy brought to the song was nothing short of disgusting... The track "True Rap," which features Eternia, is simply banging and joints like "Music My Gangsta" is simply classic raw commercial free rap/hip hop.
Peep "True Rap" now, taken from the Hearing Aid segment of The PulpFiktion podcast. To hear "Music My Gangsta" you'll have to tune into the rest of the Hearing Aid segment of the PulpCast...
